Camden Jobtrain provides supportive work-based learning for young people. All of our courses are:
- flexible
- available with immediate start in most cases
- delivered through high quality, friendly staff (ALI inspection grade 2)
- in small classes, practical settings and our own workshops. e.g. our own garage, construction centre, shop, ICT suits.
Our youth programme Entry to Employment (E2E) training, or the new Foundation Learning Tier (FLT) is funded by London Central LSC and focuses on the.
7 things E2E and FLT offer:
- Supportive vocational learning environments (garage, workshop, fashion shop)
- literacy and numeracy skills development through individually tailored teaching, ICT and workshops
- Support in preparing for life and the workplace
- The chance to take Key Skills qualifications, CSCS card, First Aid at Work, etc
- Help in finding and benefitting from work experience
- The chance to get a Dyslexia assessment and one to one help
- You will benefit from an EMA allowance!

Camden Jobtrain also runs special projects for young people who are not settled in schools year 10-11 where an alternative accredited curriculum to Key Stage 4 (New Turn Ventures) is provided.
